INCLUDED:

  • Travel itinerary according to the program.
  • Accommodation in the hotels and rooms indicated or similar.
  • Transfers in all destinations and activities according to the program.
  • National flights (if requested).
  • Medical Assistance Insurance.
  • Specialized Magical Colombia 24/7 assistance.

NOT INCLUDED:

  • International flights.
  • International travel insurance.
  • Personal extras, tips, meals not mentioned and everything that is not mentioned as “included”.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

  • All bookings are confirmed with a payment of 30% installment.
  • The balance of 70% must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be communicated in writing to the following emails:

National airline tickets have a penalty according to the conditions of the airlines.

For ground services the following conditions apply:

  • More than 30 days from the arrival date, 25% penalty.
  • Between 30 and 22 days from the arrival date, 50% penalty.
  • Between 21 and 15 days from the arrival date, 75% penalty.
  • Less than 15 days from the arrival date, 100% penalty.
