Welcome to Bogotá, the Capital of Colombia. Situated at 8k feet above the sea, this sprawling metropolis is famous for its gastronomy, its museums, art galleries, politics and history.

You’ll start your trip with a full-day City Tour where you will see the historic Candelaria neighborhood, take a ride to the top of Monserrate, visit some of the best museums, and enjoy delicious food typical to the region in the Paloquemao market.

Then enjoy a relaxing two-night stay at the Biohotel Organic Suites, an eco-friendly hotel with an organic kitchen and vertical garden where they grow the food for the restaurant and bar. The next day you’ll take a hike through the Andean forest where you’ll see some of Colombia’s most famous bird species, waterfalls, and the beautiful San Rafael reservoir. Make sure to visit the hotel terrace spa, the sauna and hydrotherapy circuit.

On your third day, you’ll take a road trip through the mountains with your English speaking chauffeur to Apulo, the charming town famous for its nature, cycling, and hiking. You’ll spend the next two nights at Entremonte Wellness Hotel & Spa where you can disconnect from everything in your private cabin, complete with a relaxation room, hammock, and pool. This hotel and spa package includes three meals a day, relaxation classes, ecological hikes, humid zones, and hydrotherapy circuit.

From there, you will head to Zipacón, where you will spend the next few days relaxing in the forest, and learning all about the coffee making process on a sustainable coffee plantation. Next up, you will tour the colonial city of Honda, and go fishing in the river Magdalena, the most important in Colombia.

Your next adventure awaits you in the famous coffee region where you will fly over the emerald countryside in a hot air balloon, take a stroll through the oldest and tallest wax palm trees in the world, and enjoy a master suite overlooking the valley at the chic BioHabitat Hotel.

You will take a private flight to Solano Bay and spend the end of your trip in a cabin with a view of the Pacific Ocean. While in this region you can look forward to whale watching (from July to October), jungles, waterfalls, and swimming in the beautiful waters of Colombia’s Wild Pacific.

If you decide you have not gotten your fill of Colombia, we suggest you take a trip to Cali where you can learn how to dance like a pro in the World Capital of Salsa dancing. We are more than happy to help tailor-make your trip!
